Dear longtime friends and new faces,
As I approach my third anniversary with ClearTriage and we celebrate the company’s 10th birthday, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and express my gratitude for the incredible opportunity to serve you and indirectly, the patients you serve.
As a registered nurse, former nurse educator, and former business owner, my role at ClearTriage allows me to combine the professional passions I hold dear. While I love the day-to-day variety this position brings, what I truly value most is the opportunity to help you and your teams deliver outstanding care through excellence in telephone triage.
In case you haven’t heard, we’ve put together a special series of webinars to mark our 10-year milestone and I’m thrilled to share it with you! The 10 for 10 Speaker Series has been a personal project of mine and is close to my heart. Our team has worked hard to bring you speakers who will educate, inspire, and empower you and your nurses. Krista Thompson is the Director of Sales and Clinical Education at ClearTriage, where she combines her clinical expertise as a registered nurse with a background in primary care and women’s health and her experience as a nurse educator to make a meaningful impact. Driven by her dedication to enhancing healthcare and supporting the nursing profession, Krista leads the ClearTriage sales and marketing efforts, while also educating nurses and healthcare teams on maximizing the benefits of our software.
Krista’s hands-on approach ensures that every ClearTriage customer enjoys a seamless, supportive experience, from initial onboarding to daily use. She thrives on building strong relationships with customers, empowering them to provide exceptional patient care with confidence.
Outside of work, Krista is a proud mom of four who can likely be found cheering on her kids at various sporting events or catching a game at Arrowhead Stadium. Go Chiefs!
