ClearTriage Pricing FAQs
Since ClearTriage is priced per concurrent user, you will need as many subscriptions as you have nurses actively using ClearTriage at the same time. This is typically based on the number of nurses taking triage calls at your busiest time. We don’t need to know the names of the users or if one person leaves and a new user joins your team. There are no setup fees for the vast majority of our customers. The only exception is enterprise customers who require changes to our standard Terms of Use or who mandate a detailed security audit. If you are a large enterprise healthcare organization, contact us for details.
You can add subscriptions at any time for Office Hours and After Hours. If you’re adding subscriptions, we’ll prorate the extra subscriptions so your old subscriptions and new subscriptions all renew together.
You can reduce subscriptions at any time for Office Hours. If you’re reducing subscriptions, we will take the prorated remaining cost of your old subscriptions and apply it to your account as a credit. After Hours subscriptions can only be reduced on your monthly or annual renewal date.
Yes, we do offer volume discounts! Volume discounts start at 5 subscriptions for After Hours and 10 subscriptions for Office Hours. Subscriptions must be of the same type in order for volume discounts to apply (e.g., 10 Office Hours Family subscriptions). Our enterprise pricing for larger teams also includes volume discounts. Contact us to find out how much you could save!
Contact us whenever you need to cancel your subscriptions. Since we cannot refund money for these subscriptions, we recommend letting us know before your subscriptions renew. Also, if you do not pay your renewal fees, your subscriptions will automatically be canceled.
Monthly subscriptions require a credit card on file for the automated monthly billing; annual subscriptions can be set up to auto-renew by credit card or can be invoiced and paid by check or ACH.
No, you don’t need to give us any payment info until you’re ready to buy. When you start a free trial of ClearTriage, you get a full 30 days to try it out and there is no payment information required to get started!
